Don’t assume the Order can’t be varied!

Christine McNeish has recently advised me, and represented me at Telford County Court, on a very complicated application to the Court to oppose enforcement proceedings brought by my former wife relating to a previous Order of the Court. She also sought to have the original Order varied, despite it running until October 2017, so that I made no more payments under it in the light of the circumstances of the case.

I read an interesting article last week which really does explain why you need to have sound legal advice if you are going through a divorce or separation. The parties separated in 2013 but the wife remained in the home.

Today Judgement was handed down in a case which confirmed whether it was illegal to take your children out of school during term time. The case concerned Mr Platt who took his daughter out of school for a week to go on holiday to Florida.

The World Arabian Horse Organisation (WAHO) held their biennial conference this year in Bahrain under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa. It was an honour for WAHO to have the conference opened by His Majesty, Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, who was attended by other members of the Royal Family.
