Our immigration team can assist in both entry clearance applications into the UK and
further leave to remain applications. Our expertise includes, but is not limited to:

Personal immigration:

Asylum, Humanitarian Protection and Human Rights:

  •  Claiming asylum on any of the five Convention reasons or humanitarian protection
  • Attending Screening and SEF Interviews with clients at the Home Office
  • Asylum further submissions
  • s.120 representations
  • Advising on outcome of asylum claim and where applicable next steps

We also represent those who are detained in Immigration Removal Centres and have been
placed on the Detained Fast Track Scheme.
Appeals:
In the event that an application is refused and a right of appeal has been granted by the
Home Office, we are able to submit grounds of appeal, prepare bundles, draft skeleton
arguments and represent clients at:

  • The First-Tier Immigration and Asylum Chamber
  • The Upper Tribunal Immigration and Asylum Chamber (where permission to appeal
    has been granted)

We do not have a legal aid franchise and only carry out private fee-paying work. Most of
our quotes are fixed-fee but where your matter is particularly complex and will require
more work than usual, we shall discuss our hourly rates with you.
