Civil Partnership concept challenge and found to be discriminatory

4th February 2020

Many couples argued that they found the concept of marriage old fashioned and outdated in these modern times. Some also argued that the Civil Partnership law was discriminatory as only same-sex couples could enjoy that relationship. If you are married or in a civil partnership and facing a breakdown of your relationship, then you need expert advice to guide you through the maze of consequences and law.
