David Kosky

David is a Solicitor and set up his own highly successfulDavid Kosky practice in Harrow in 1985, which he developed and expanded until merging with a Central London firm in 2007 where he became a Consultant.

David’s client base is extensive having acted for some clients for more than 30 years providing them with an exceptionally high level of service.

David’s expertise is in Property law with an emphasis on leasehold enfranchisement and extension and leasehold property advice generally although he has covered a wide variety of law in his years of practice.

David’s many years of experience will add a great deal of expertise to the team and we are very pleased to have his wealth and depth of knowledge within Berlad Graham LLP.

Based in Stanmore, David’s interests don’t stop at law. He uses his skills to help others having taken the position of Trustee for several charities. David doesn’t stop there; he is now part time at University College, London taking courses in Jewish Studies. As well as finding intellectual stimulation, David likes to stay fit and still runs around a pitch playing football, although perhaps not quite as vigorously, or as often, as he used to.
