Christine McNeish

Christine is a Matrimonial and Family Law expert having acted for clients for Christine McNeishover 20 years. She is a member of Resolution, the organisation for Family Law Solicitors who are committed to achieving the best possible results for their clients in the best possible way. Christine always focuses on delivering that exceptional customer service clients need when going through the trauma of a divorce, particularly when sorting out the children and financial aspects and does so in a caring and sympathetic way.

Christine is also on the Law Society’s Family Law Advanced Panel. Membership of the panel is only open to those Solicitors who have and maintain a very high level of knowledge, experience and skill in areas of practice within Matrimonial and Family Law, covering children, international issues, complex asset cases and ancillary relief amongst others.

Our horses can give us much pleasure but sometimes things happen which cause problems. As a horse rider and owner I am well aware of the pitfalls and in my experience, early advice can often prevent the escalation of a problem.  We provide expert legal advice on all aspect of equine law and you can speak to someone who knows what you are talking about.

Christine McNeishWith substantial experience in Equine and Farming Law where there are substantial assets, Christine once acted for a client where the assets included letters from Nelson and Casanova!

Christine has always had a love of all things Equine, having owned and ridden horses for many years. In fact, she spent some time living abroad where she raced pure bred Arab Horses; something she still misses doing. With two large dogs, Christine remains very active but with only the one horse now Christine has also taken up golf!
